Leaders in Training (L.I.T.) is an emersion- based leadership program for Christian teens that runs simultaneously with the Junior Week.
L.I.T. members attend Gospel-centered training seminars that focus on spiritual growth, and assist the counselors by participating in cabin devotions and other leadership activities.
